报告人简介：郑欢教授，现任上海交通大学管理科学系教授、系主任、博士生导师。主要研究兴趣包括供应链管理和优化、数据分析与商业决策等。
报告摘要：We design sequential allocation policies to exploit the value of information in targeting the beneficiaries in the population, and use ex-ante service guarantee to ensure that the cash are spread across the pool of beneficiaries, to reduce the negative spillovers on non-beneficiary households.
