under an anonymous toll charge for system optimum

报告人简介：郭仁拥，北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授、博导，国家优青。研究兴趣：交通行为建模与分析、城市经济学、社会计算、运筹学、城市大数据计算与处理等。已在 Transportation Research Part B和Part C、Transportation Science等期刊发表论文近90篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、省部级项目4项。
报告摘要：We consider a bottleneck system in a state of disequilibrium, in which commuters are heterogeneous in the values of travel time and schedule delays. Three representative dynamical systems are used to formulate the day-to-day departure time choice of commuters, and a Walrasian toll charge scheme is utilized to control the evolutionary process of traffic flows.

报告人简介：刘天亮，北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授、博导，入选国家级青年人才计划。主要研究领域：交通行为与运输经济、交通运输系统分析与运营、物流优化与供应链管理。在TR - A/B/C/E、EJOR等期刊发表论文40余篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，完成国家自然科学基金项目3项。
报告摘要：Morning peak-period commuters generally choose their respective preferred trains to the destination with the balance of travel time, schedule delay and in-vehicle crowding. This report focuses on evaluating rail commuters’ time-varying perception of in-vehicle crowding modeled with parameterized specifications using smart card data.
