（1）Jiuh-Biing Sheu holds the distinguished professor at National Taiwan University, Taiwan, and is entitled Chair Professor, Chang Jiang Scholars Program of China (2016－present). He is also the Advisory Editor (Past Editor in Chief) of Transportation Research Part E.Professor Sheu has published over nightyjournal ar refereed ticles in academic journals, including Transportation Research Parts A, B, C, E, F, Transportation Science, and Production and Operations Management, with a half of them by singly authored.
（2）Tsan-Ming Choi (Jason) is a systems engineer, and operations researcher. He is currently Professor of Fashion Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Over the past decade, he has actively participated in a variety of research projects on supply chain management and applied optimization for fashion business operations. He has authored/edited 16 research handbooks, guest-edited over 30 special issues for many well-established journals, and published over 170 papers in well-established Web of Science listed citation journals, including Transportation Research – Part E,Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Naval Research Logistics,Automatica,EJOR, IJPE, IJPR, Om859 ega, etc and over 40 papers in various IEEE Transactions (TAC, TASE, TCYB, TEM, TII, TITS, TSMCS). He is now serving as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Transportation Research – Part E, a senior editor of Production and Operations Management, and Decision Support Systems, an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics - Systems, andInformation Sciences, a guest editor of Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and International Journal of Production Economics, and an editorial board member of INFORMS Service Science, International Journal of Production Research, and International Transactions in Operational Research, etc. He is the founding editor of Springer's Book Series in Fashion Business. In the past, he was an executive committee member/officer of professional organizations such as IEEE-SMC(HK) and POMS(HK). He received the PolyU’s President’s Award of Outstanding Performance in 2008, the Best Associate Editor Award of IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society in two consecutive years (2013 and 2014), and the Distinguished Alumni Award of Faculty of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017.
（3）Yenming J. Chen received his PhD in Systems Science and Mathematics in 1998 at Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently a professor of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He is the author of several books, patents and more than 75 articles. His research interests include reverse computation analytics, IoT/AI, sound inspection, fault detection and medical computations.
（4）Sunny S. Yang is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at the College of Management, National Taiwan University. Previously, he was on the faculty at the University of Southampton, University of Oslo, University of Essex, and University of Melbourne. He specializes in the development of formal models and quantitative methods and their applications to operations and supply chains, operations interfaces, and data-driven operations. His research work has appeared in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Retailing, European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research, and other leading academic journals.
（5）Sai-Ho Chung (Nick) is an industrial engineer. He is currently with the Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also the associate director of studies in IGDS, and a chartered member of CILTUK. Over the past decade, he has actively participated in various research projects and obtained funding(s) from different funding bodies, e.g., Innovation and Technology Fund, General Research Fund, etc. His research interests include airline operations, airport ground operations, logistics and supply chain management, supply chain collaboration, production scheduling, distributed scheduling, distribution network, etc. Dr Chung has published over 70 SCI journal papers in Web of Science listed citation journals, including Transportation Research – Part E, Risk Analysis, IJPE, IJPR, Omega, Decision Support Systems, etc., and in various IEEE Transactions (TIE, SMC-S, SJ). He has guest edited/editing a number of special issues for various journals, e.g., Transportation Research – Part E, Industrial Management & Data Systems, and IJPR.
（6）Junwei Wang received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from the Northeastern University, China, in 2006. He was a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Systems Innovation, The University of Tokyo from Nov. 2011 to Nov. 2013 and a full professor with mechanical engineering Department at East Chine University of Science and Technology from November 2013 to Feb. 2014. Since March 2014, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, The University of Hong Kong. He is the author or coauthor of 50 refereed journal papers, and a coauthor of a book on optimization algorithms. His current research interests include modeling and optimization, service systems engineering, and resilience engineering.
